First crude oil enters the atmospheric tower. During production a by-product called lube cut is produced.
Lube cut is transferred to refinery units and during the production process grade 150 & 350 & 500 Base oils are produced.
This oil is produced by refining crude oil and has special properties such as high purity and the ability to be combined with additives. Virgin base oil is in the category of mineral base oils and is used as the main ingredient in the manufacture of various types of gasoline and diesel engine oils, as well as in other industries
